We are highly protective of our reputation, so we only partner with owners and property managers who demonstrate genuine care for their guests. At a minimum, we require that the property:

Is permitted to be used as a short-term rental by all relevant authorities, including HOAs.
(If applicable) Has a minimum of a 4-star rating (out of 5) on any existing platform listing.
(If applicable) Doesn’t have any reviews within the last 12 months that indicate blatant neglect or disregard for the guest. An exception is made for low ratings due to double booking cancellations.
Is clean, safe, and well maintained.
